Magnolia High School National Honor Society Welcomes 66 New Members

Magnolia, Arkansas — Magnolia High School celebrated academic achievement, leadership, service, and character Tuesday evening as the

Magnolia Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) inducted 66 new members for the 2026–2027 school year.

The National Honor Society recognizes students who have demonstrated excellence in the organization's four pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Selection for membership is an honor that reflects not only a student's academic accomplishments but also a commitment to serving others and being a positive influence within the school and community.

Magnolia High School was pleased to welcome MHS alumnus Dr. Austin Roark, a 2014 graduate, as the guest speaker for the induction ceremony. Dr. Roark, who has returned to Magnolia to establish his practice with Magnolia Veterinary Services,  shared, not only tips for college success, but also words of wisdom about discovering their passion, believing in themselves, and pursuing their dreams, as they celebrated this important milestone in their high school careers.
