Magnolia Athletes Knox Stephens and Aubrey Stuart Named to All Arkansas Preps Team
Magnolia, Arkansas — The Magnolia School District is proud to announce that Knox Stephens and Aubrey Stuart have been selected to the prestigious All Arkansas Preps Team by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, recognizing them among the top high school athletes in the state of Arkansas.
Stephens, a standout member of the Magnolia Panther Golf Team, and Stuart, an exceptional athlete for the Magnolia Lady Panther Track & Field Team, were honored during the All Arkansas Preps Awards Banquet held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Little Rock.
The event celebrated the accomplishments of Arkansas's finest high school athletes across twelve sports and brought together student-athletes, coaches, families, and community leaders from around the state. The banquet was emceed by Steve Sullivan, Arkansas Sports Hall of Famer and longtime KATV sports anchor. The event also featured a question-and-answer session led by David Bazzel, former University of Arkansas Razorback and current radio host.
This year's keynote speaker was Laurie Hernandez, Olympic gymnast and two-time Olympic medalist, who shared her experiences and encouraged student-athletes to continue pursuing excellence in athletics and life.
The All-Arkansas Preps program recognizes outstanding high school athletes from across the state. Throughout the year, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette editorial committee selects top performers in each sport to be featured following their respective seasons. In sports such as golf, tennis, cross country, and swimming/diving, selections are based on statewide competition results, while editorial committees select teams in sports including volleyball, football, wrestling, and basketball. Athletes honored at the banquet represent the very best competitors in Arkansas high school athletics.
In addition to recognizing All Arkansas Preps Team members, the event honors Outstanding Players of the Year in each sport as well as the Overall Male Athlete of the Year, Overall Female Athlete of the Year, and Coach of the Year.
Being selected to the All-Arkansas Preps Team is one of the highest honors a student-athlete can receive in Arkansas high school athletics. Knox Stephens and Aubrey Stuart have demonstrated exceptional dedication, talent, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence while proudly representing Magnolia High School.
The Magnolia School District congratulates Knox and Aubrey on this outstanding achievement and thanks them for representing Panther Nation with pride both in competition and in the classroom.
