Arkansas Boys State is a nationally recognized, immersive civics education program designed for high school juniors. Since 1940, the week-long camp has helped develop future leaders by providing students with hands-on experiences in government, leadership, citizenship, and public service.

During the program, delegates participate in mock governmental activities, elections, legislative sessions, and leadership development opportunities that encourage civic involvement and prepare students to become engaged citizens and future leaders.

The Magnolia School District congratulates Mason McKenzie and Ja’Mire Parker on this achievement and expresses appreciation to People’s Bank and Farmers Bank & Trust for supporting student leadership opportunities.
