18 Magnolia High School Choir Students Earn All-Region Honors; Eight Advance to State Auditions

Magnolia, Arkansas — The Magnolia School District is proud to recognize 18 Magnolia High School Choir students who earned placements through the 2026 All-Region Choir auditions, with eight students earning the opportunity to advance to State Auditions.

The results reflect the hard work, preparation, and musical talent of MHS Choir students, who competed for placements across six vocal sections: Soprano 1, Soprano 2, Alto 1, Alto 2, Bass 1, and Bass 2.

Among the Magnolia students earning All-Region recognition, Lilyann Hughes, Rilee Murphy, Abrielle Brown, Kelly Groguhe, Kadence Davis, Jayden Willis, Jayden Williams, and Hayden White qualified to audition at the state level.

All-Region auditions provide student musicians an opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have developed through their choral education while competing alongside talented vocalists from throughout the region. Earning a chair in an All-Region ensemble represents a significant musical accomplishment, while advancing to State Auditions provides students an opportunity to compete for further recognition among Arkansas's outstanding high school vocalists.

The Magnolia School District congratulates each of these students and the Magnolia High School Choir program on their outstanding accomplishments. Their success is a reflection of the countless hours spent rehearsing, preparing audition music, developing their individual voices, and striving for excellence.
