Teachers, students, and parents are ZOOMING, FACETIMING, and going LIVE! We are seeing read alouds, math talks, and literacy lessons continue. We are also seeing teachers singing their silly songs and making funny faces because we know sometimes that the familiar face of their teacher is what they really need!
I want to give a shout out to Mr. Glenn Whootenn at MJHS for helping teachers set up Teacher Pages on our district web-site. He also taught me how to make my own assessments to upload in Edulastic!
Another shout out to Mr. Dave Graham for showing us how to use Microsoft 365 to interact with our students!

Heaven gained one of our East Side Angels today. Our deepest condolences to Makayla’s family during this time. Makayla loved the color blue, all things Panther (especially PawPaw and Boys Basketball), JoJo, her brothers and sisters, and tacos from Taco Bell! AMI assignments are made available online at www.magnoliaschools.net under the News section. Links to each campus are provided.
AMI assignment packets may also be picked up on the individual campuses from 1:00-3:00 today.
For anyone who is unable to access the online assignments or pick them up on the campuses, the AMI assignment packets will be available at the following lunch pick-up locations Tuesday-Friday, March 17-20:
